- Lead generation campaigns
- Website design & development
- Performance reporting
Exclusions
- Guaranteed results (ads platforms control)
- Content creation (unless specified)
- Ongoing maintenance post-project

Payments & Billing
- 50% upfront, 50% on completion (websites)
- Monthly retainers for ongoing campaigns
- Ad spend paid directly to platforms by client
- Net 15 days; late fees 1.5%/month
- No refunds after service delivery

Intellectual Property
We retain rights to methodologies/tools. Client owns final deliverables upon full payment. Client grants license to use client materials.

Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information/assets timely
- Approve ad creatives/comply with platform policies
- Fund ad accounts
- Respond to feedback within 48 hours

Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or ad platform changes. Liability capped at fees paid.

Termination
30 days notice. Outstanding payments due immediately. Campaigns paused (no refunds).

Governing Law
Pakistan law applies. Disputes resolved in Lahore courts. No class actions.
